ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE TEAM LEAD
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks a skilled and detail oriented Accounting and Finance professional to become a full-time Accounts Receivable Team Lead at our Headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
What You’ll Do
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is a Finance position designed to support the cash posting function and the Account Receivable claims department. This individual is not only proficient in the cash application process, but also in the reconciliation of outstanding claims as well as completing special AR projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for analyzing and resolving aged claims, reconciling various accounts and assisting with the month end close process.
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is part of a team which furthers the finance and administration goals of the organization. This person must possess excellent customer service, computer, administrative and organizational skills, be able to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure. The individual must be able to work independently, be flexible and keep projects and responsibilities prioritized. This staff member has access to confidential information and staff member must treat all such information with discretion. This position requires the ability to exercise sound judgment, exhibit a high level of professionalism and courteousness at all times. The work requires the position to be detail oriented and ensure deadlines are met. Supervisory experience is a plus.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must have a minimum of a High School Diplomas and have at least three year’s experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and MCO (high volume) claims account receivables preferably in a healthcare setting. It is ideal that the incumbent is proficient in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The Accounts Receivable Team Lead staff should be detailed orientated as well as possess strong organizational and time management skills. You must also be willing to successfully complete a background check.
