ACT Team Lead / Licensed Therapist

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Team Lead to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary, Assertive Community Treatment team (ACT) designed to carry out a full range of community-based treatment functions for adults with substance use disorders.

What You’ll Do 

The Team Lead provides supervision and direction for the program from administrative to clinical operations of the service. Your clinical skills and experience will be vital in assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for individuals under our care. In addition to this, you will directly provide services to ACT service individuals; take an active role in screening referrals and assessing individuals at intake and functioning as a lead clinician

Being part of our team means we value and encourage your personal growth and development.  You’ll earn an hourly salary based on your experience between $60,000-$80,000 annually, plus enjoy a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, with some after hours/weekend on call. What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be willing to provide services in various community locations as needed. We also require the following:

  • Holds a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LPA or provisional license
  • Three years of full-time, post-graduate accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness (at least one year must be post graduate).
  • Two years supervisory experience preferred
