At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Wraparound program Coach to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What You’ll Do
The Coach on the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team builds the team and leads them on their mission to help youths successfully stay “at home, in school, engaged and encouraged” and organizes the team activities to accomplish this goal in conjunction with the Family Plan. The Coach works closely with the NC High Fidelity Wraparound Training program and the Wraparound Program Manager on all responsibilities of the position specific to staff, hiring, credentialing, database, dashboards and overall fidelity to HFW and State standards and expectations.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours but does include 3-7 pm to accommodate the family’s schedules as needed. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be able to lead a community-based team, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills and be able to link clients to community resources. We also require the following:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
