Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Coach to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Child and Family Wraparound team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to children and their families.
What You’ll Do
The Coach on the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team builds the team and leads them on their mission to help youths successfully stay “at home, in school and out of trouble” and organizes the team activities to accomplish this goal in conjunction with the Family Plan. The Coach works closely with the NC High Fidelity Wraparound Training program and the Wraparound Program Manager on all responsibilities of the position specific to staff, hiring, credentialing, database, dashboards and overall fidelity to HFW and State standards and expectations.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary between $52,000-57,000 based on your experience and join a growing team making a difference in our community. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours but does include 3-7 pm to accommodate the family’s schedules as needed. What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be able to lead a community-based team, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills and be able to link clients to community resources. We also require the following:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
