What You’ll Do
As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.
This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed of Eastern NC.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the HRBP you must have in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance, have a passion for collaboration across departments, be able to track, monitor and follow-up with on-going performance issues working towards resolution. We also require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar applicable field
- Valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for work-related travel
