Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is looking for a caring and committed full-time Team Lead to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. As a key member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will help transform lives by offering a comprehensive array of services that focus on treating the whole person and empowering patients to move forward on their journey.
What You’ll Do
As a Team Lead, you will provide therapy that involves the child, their family, and extended family using a flexible schedule around school hours and family needs to support engagement. You will lead a team consisting of two team members and participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for 1 week at a time with an average of 1 call/week. This position will serve Iredell and Yadkin counties.

This full-time position offers a flexible Monday – Friday, with sessions in the afternoon, early evening and some weekends. We offer competitive benefits to benefits eligible positions.

- Holds a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LPA or Provisional license
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry;
