Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Assistant Team Lead

What You’ll Do:

  • Step in for the Team Lead when needed, providing both clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in community and home settings.
  • Assist in coordinating team functions, including peer reviews, intakes, and new employee training.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, case reviews, and client care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure timely documentation and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid license fully or provisionally (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LPC) in NC
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience working with adults living with severe mental illness
  • Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license
