What You’ll Do:
- Administer psychotropic medications, monitor symptoms, and document health changes.
- Collaborate with the team in developing individualized care plans and participate in daily team meetings.
- Provide on-call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
- Document interactions and care in Welligent EMR.
Qualifications:
- An active, unrestricted LPN nursing license to practice in NC
- Prior mental health experience – preferred
- Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license.

- Hourly Salary: $49,000 to $65,000/year | $23.56 – $31.25/hour based on experience
