At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Prevention Coordinator to join our team in Northern Virginia. What You’ll Do
The Mobile Prevention Coordinator will provide clinical and coordination services for REACH Mobile Prevention Team. Prevention services are typically non-crisis in nature and are provided in the individuals home and/or community settings. Primary duties include on-site and telephonic/telehealth crisis prevention and intervention services (crisis planning) as well as safety planning and education. This position is responsible for shared rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes on-site response. This role will include local travel to our Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) and the community: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William counties. (Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to one of the listed areas).

You’ll earn an hourly salary starting at $58,000+ based on your experience plus enjoy a 40-hour week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm work schedule with some flexibility for on-call needs. What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in a crisis group home and/or mobile setting, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. We also require the following:
- Master’s in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-eligible, preferred
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human services with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- 3 years’ experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations preferred
- Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services a plus
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance
