Opioid Treatment Therapist or Counselor (CADC)

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Opioid Treatment Therapist or Counselor (CADC) on our mission-driven team, you’ll be the catalyst for recovery, transforming lives from day one. You’ll drive patient success by delivering person-centered therapy and case management to individuals recovering from opioid addiction, conducting assessments (licensed therapists only), develop Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), and set meaningful recovery goals while facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. You will also document progress in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, Coordinate with medical and support staff, provide crisis intervention, and connect patients with community resources, and ensure compliance with federal and state OTP regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • OTP Therapist: Full or provisional LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC and Experience in substance use services.
  • OTP Counselor: CADC or CADC-I certification and Experience in substance use services.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, group facilitation, and crisis intervention
  • Strong documentation skills to meet federal, state, and licensing requirements (e.g., NCTOPPS, treatment plans, releases of information).
  • Collaborative mindset to work with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
  • Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT).
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or strong technical aptitude.
  • Maintain a valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance.
