We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Qualified Professional (Provisionally Licensed) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment team designed to provide therapy and crisis intervention to adults and children in Whiteville, NC.
What You’ll Do
The Outpatient Qualified Professional (provisionally licensed) provides screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with mental health and substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The QP also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive annual salary ($50,000 – 54,000); depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a primary schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, 40 hours per week with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs. This position is on-site and collaborates with our medication assisted treatment team. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Outpatient Qualified Professional (Provisionally Licensed) you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:
- Provisional Licensure highly preferred: LCAS-A
- 2 years of experience in Substance Abuse services
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
