Outpatient Supervisor

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Outpatient Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in our outpatient clinic in Greenville, NC.

From leading the onsite team in creating a welcoming environment and providing high-quality patient care to carrying a small caseload to keep your clinical skills fresh, every day will be an opportunity to enhance both client outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $63,000-67,000 annually plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule, with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading outpatient clinical teams is a must!
  • Education: A Master’s Degree and mental health license is required.
    • LCSW (A), LCMHC (A) dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
  • Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in mental health and substance use preferred 
  • Skills: leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
