We are seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurse to join our team, supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across our two of our homes located in Woodbridge, VA and Culpeper, VA.
This full-time position offers variety and the opportunity to support two homes!
*$7,500 sign-on and retention bonus for FT, new hire nurses*
Saturday & Sunday, 11am-11pm (Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home in Woodbridge)
Two 8 hour shifts of your choosing (Adult Transitional Home in Culpeper)
Your Role in Our Mission
You will make a meaningful difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. You will administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure that each individual receives the highest standard of care. In this role, you will educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health, while collaborating closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical standards to ensure safety and compliance, while supporting individuals’ physical well-being and fostering stability and hope. Additionally, you need to have some flexibility to be available to go onsite for occasional admissions at the Adult Transitional Home, if outside of your standard shifts.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- A valid driver’s license and car insurance
