At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to join our Adolescent Residential team in Greenville, NC (GAR). As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What You’ll Do
As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the 24-hour treatment team in Greenville, NC. You will be in charge of compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Supervisor provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the 12 staff to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position. The Greenville Adolescent Residential Home is a safe environment for youths to recover and heal; they attend the school next door to stay on top of their education during their time with us. The team works closely together to make the GAR a home for the youths that live there. How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive annual salary ($57,000 – 60,000) depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, 40 hours per week; evenings and weekends as needed. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:
- Full Substance Abuse and/or MH licensure
- LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in adolescent substance use preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
