Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Greenville, NC. What You’ll Do

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our outpatient clinics including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use struggles. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, “right fit” candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening and learning skills are needed for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends. This position is hybrid within Greenville, NC, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career and community events as needed. Candidates must live within commuting distance to Greenville, NC.  

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary of $57,000-60,000 annually. This full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We also offer competitive benefits to benefits eligible positions.

We also require:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
    • Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
