What You’ll Do
As a Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s). The PCP’s will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. The therapist may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

You’ll earn a competitive annual salary (Provisional licensure range is $50,000 – 53,000) and (Full licensure range starts at $55,000+) depending on skills, experience and dual licensure status plus enjoy a 40-hour a week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the outpatient therapist you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:
- Full or Provisional Substance Abuse licensure: LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
- Dual licensure preferred
- Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
