At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Outpatient Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team in the Raleigh area. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What You’ll Do
As a Outpatient Therapist, you will provide services designed to meet the clinically significant behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns that have been identified as treatment needs of the recipient. This service is provided through scheduled therapeutic treatment sessions and may be provided to individuals, families or groups. The OPT Therapy team at Easterseals UCP uses a Strength-based Approach to develop Person Centered Plans (PCP’s) that are designed to treat the clinically significant behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns that have been identified as treatment needs for the recipient. Services are provided out of the Raleigh office.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary ($50,000 – $56,000) based on your licensure and years of experience, plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 10am-7 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a Outpatient Therapist, you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:
- Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
- Dual licensure preferred
- Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred
