Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a non-profit service provider in NC & VA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Regional Program Manager for the Trillium Ultimate Living Assistant program (TULA). As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team we work together to transform the lives of individuals seeking support for IDD, substance-use and mental health challenges.
Location: Travel throughout the South-Central/Southern regions of North Carolina, including the counties of Wayne, Lenoir, Sampson, Duplin, Lee, Moore, Hoke, Robeson, Brunswick, and New Hanover.
What You’ll Do:
As the TULA Regional Program Manager, you’ll oversee the development, execution, and success of the TULA program in your assigned region, ensuring it meets project objectives in collaboration with the Health Plan Development team. In this supervisory role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Program Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Regional Support Specialists, ensuring quality service delivery and effective program implementation.
- Budget & Expense Management: Collaborate with the VP of Health Plan Development to develop, monitor, and forecast the program’s budget.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Develop tools and processes to manage TULA inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, schools, businesses, and healthcare providers.
- Marketing & Community Outreach: Assist in program expansion through community presentations and education on TULA’s benefits.
- Performance Monitoring: Report on program progress and key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
- Staff Development: Provide supervision, coaching, and training to ensure competency and growth of Regional Support Specialists.
- Regional Coordination: Facilitate regional meetings and ensure effective deployment of TULA devices and remote support services.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Regional Program Director you must have experience managing a budget, extensive supervisory and team management experience. We also require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
