Community Living and Supports is a home and community-based service. It offers an option to innovations for eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) to continue living in their community with the choice of other service options and meaningful day activities.
Program Overview
The Individual and Community Services team supports individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). We provide one-to-one services uniquely tailored to help each unique person acquire and maintain daily living skills.
Community Living and Supports (CLS) promotes home and community inclusion with home and community-based principles that focus on individual’s personal desires to live in their own homes or with family members.
