Someone to respond
Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) provides mobile crisis response and community stabilization services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for non-hospitalized individuals of all ages who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. CR2 bases services on a recovery model that is person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally and trauma-informed. We recognize the value of individual choice, empowerment and natural supports. CR2 ensures services are appropriate to an individual’s needs by utilizing evidenced-based, best practice modalities. CR2 collaborates with Community Service Boards, schools, law enforcement and outpatient behavioral health providers so every individual, child and family we support benefits from coordinated care and a team approach. The collaboration process is further enhanced through community outreach, awareness campaigns and training so that every locality may improve its ability to prevent crises and provide a successful response.
CR2 provides 24-hour in person response to children, youth and adults facing a mental health and/or substance use crisis who may be at risk for hospitalization. CR2 is a lifespan program, able to serve individuals from infancy to geriatric age.
