Easterseals PORT Health provides crisis services for people with mental health challenges, substance use disorders and developmental disabilities, Our clinically-trained teams ensure a person’s safety and stability while connecting them to the appropriate ongoing care and community resources.
We also work collaboratively with individuals, families and providers to de-escalate situations, promote dignity and help prevent unnecessary hospitalization or involvement with the justice system.
In North Carolina
