Meaningful employment services enable individuals living with intellectual and/or development disabilities and mental health challenges to earn sustainable wages, give back to their communities and live their best possible life. All of our employment programs fully support individuals once they’ve secured a job, including assistance with on-the-job training and addressing any issues that may arise while working.
Secure employment for adults living with disabilities
We operate a variety of programs for individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Our wide range of employment services provides participants with pre-employment skills such as conducting a job search, writing a resume and interview techniques.
