Action required for logging into Outlook

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is updating how you log in to Microsoft services. The biggest change is that your Microsoft login will change from your current username to your ESPH employee number. This change will impact how you log into Outlook, SharePoint and UKG. Your Welligent login is not changing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will my email address change?
    Yes. Your new email address will be [firstname.lastname@eastersealsport.com]. However, your old email address will continue to work and messages sent to your old email address will still be delivered.
  • What if I don’t know my employee number?
    Your employee number can be found in UKG or provided by your supervisor.
  • Do I need to update my password?
    No. Only your username is changing. Your password stays the same unless instructed otherwise.
  • Is Welligent included in this change?
    No. Welligent is not affected.
