Easterseals PORT Health provides community based mobile outpatient mental health and substance use serve Perquimans and Carteret counties in North Carolina. Walk-ins are welcome and you can schedule an appointment by calling the mobile clinics outlined below.

Onsite services include:

  • Assessments for mental health treatment
  • Assessments for substance use disorder treatment
  • Individual therapy services
  • Long-acting psychotropic injections
  • Medication assisted treatment

Virtual services include:

  • Access to virtual medication management services
  • Access to virtual psychiatric evaluations
