Mobile Outreach, Response, Engagement + Stabilization (MORES)
With our enhanced crisis response for children, adolescents and families, you can expect:
- Immediate telephone support.
- Reduced response time for situations requiring an onsite mobile crisis team to be dispatched.
- Short-term crisis management until the crisis is resolved.
- Referral and connections to follow-up services.
- Support and advocacy to identify needs and crisis planning.
- Someone to walk with you and your family.
Program Overview
MORES is a team-based crisis response intervention for children and adolescents ages 3 to 21 years old who are experiencing escalating emotional and/or behavioral needs. We can provide the following supports:
- Access to a licensed clinician trained in child and adolescent interventions.
- Access to a Family Support Partner (an individual with lived experiences of caring for a child with behavioral health challenges) who provides support and resources to the youth and family.
- Access to psychiatric consultation.
- Access to care management to provide connection to needed resources.
- Up to 4 weeks of follow-up care after the onsite crisis response to assist the family and youth in obtaining services.
The goals of our program are to:
- Support and maintain youth in their homes and communities.
- Promote safe behavior in youth in their homes and communities.
- Reduce admissions to emergency departments.
- Reduce longer term placements in residential settings.

- Increased access to the behavioral health system.
