Housing options tailored to meet your needs
We know that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and substance use disorders are unique in their needs and goals. One size definitely does not fit all, which is why we offer many residential options. Within each of our residential programs, we tailor our support to meet the needs of each unique individual.
Residential options
- Alternative Family Living (AFL)– Individuals work on daily and independent living skills while being integrated into the household and the community. Depending on the person, they might attend a day program or receive other services in addition to the assistance provided by AFL hosts.
- Group Homes– Our residential homes for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or mental health challenges offer 24-hour on-site support from our direct care providers in a family-style setting.
- Stepping Stone Manor– Provides clinically managed low-intensity residential services for adult males who are diagnosed with a substance use disorder and require daily supervision.
- Supervised Apartments– Offer residents an independent lifestyle, while providing access to our support team who can assist with both everyday tasks or crisis events.
- Teen Substance Use Residential Program– Provides residential and day treatment care for teens who have not been successful with other interventions and require 24-hour supervised care.
- Transition to Independent Living– Provides individuals with intellectual disabilities with the tools and necessary skills to live on their own.
